How long will it be before I see my team’s results?

The benchmark itself is a short 15-minute time commitment from each team member. Once you sign on with RallyBright, you can expect to have your team provisioned and your team results prepared within 10 days.

What happens after the team assessment?

The platform provides an actionable roadmap you can start right away (and of course we’ll walk you through everything.) We also provide a a library of resources to support your team in achieving its priorities.

How long until I will see improvements on my team?

We’ve seen significant improvements on teams in as little as one month after the team review, when actions are put in place. We recommend using the RallyBright platform to track your team’s progress once every 4-6 months, and using the provided pulse survey between assessments.
